Mission Saigon was created after Anton, a passionate globe trotter from Asia, met Mak, a Franco-Vietnamese chef.

Their common quest for a bo bun that has the authentic flavors of the ones they had the opportunity to taste during their trips in Vietnam gave them the willing to a concept around this cuisine..

After several months of searching for local ingredients to reproduce this very specific food, Mission Saigon was launched in June 2017.

Since its creation the menu has evolved to offer a variety of Vietnamese dishes, from the famous bo bun to local specialties such as the Mi Xao.

Mission Saigon is available for delivery-only in Paris, Lille and Madrid.
