2 Michelin Star Chef, Sang Hoon Degeimbre, has carefully perfected our Korean Fried
Chicken recipe, receiving rave reviews from customers far and wide. We’ve done the
running and test-tasted all the frying and glazing techniques we can think of to ensure
our recipe and Korean flavours are bang on.
QUALITY TASTY INGREDIENTS
All our chicken is sourced from high-end farmers local to each city, keeping our transport
to a minimum. We prepare our breadcrumbs by hand, and the same freshness is applied
to everything on our menu.
As with all Taster’s brands, we use entirely recyclable packaging (don’t forget to give it
a quick rinse before throwing in the recycling!). We source all our ingredients locally to
reduce our carbon footprint, prefer cycling as our delivery method where possible and
use schemes such as Crisis UK to help hire those in need.
